What if I am not in NSW?

No dramas. Just send us the QR checkin code you currently have, and we will work the rest out :)

Do I have to have the socials?

No you don’t. If your anti-social-media, just let us know at the checkout ;) we can just have a beautiful checkin instead.

Can you do other material?

Wood engraving looks amazing too. Get in touch if you prefer that. Each piece is custom made, so we will cater for your requests.

How do I get the QR codes?

Make sure your business is setup as COVIDSafe. The website email sent from ServiceNSW will contact a link to your QR code page. Just forward us that link. For more info, see https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/covid-safe-check

We will create a redirect for your ServiceNSW QR code as it is a very long URL (and a very detailed QR code). You users simply need to scan it using their camera app as usual.

For the socials QR Code, don't worry, just send us your instagram profile and facebook page.

Can I get it in a different size?

Yes ofcourse. Get in touch with us and give us what measurements you want in cm. We will put together a preview and send it through.

What is the ordering process?

Once we receive your order, we will design the plaque and a preview. After your approval, we typically produce your product within 5 business days. We will mail it out and standard delivery is 2-5 days, depending on your postcode.

What material is the sign?

The check in sign is made from acrylic two ply, precisely engraved to show two tones. We use appropriate mirror acrylics to high light the social icons and show off the logos. Upon request, we can use wood or other type of material. Just get in touch.

How will my QR code be scanned?

QR codes are always best scanned using the camera app on the device. The Check-in QR codes are a redirect, so it is best scanned using the camera app rather than the serviceNSW/ serviceVIC apps.
